Triostack provides primarily digital services and deliverables. This policy outlines delivery methods and timelines for our offerings.
1. Digital Deliverables
Project files, reports, and software deliverables are shared via secure digital channels such as email, cloud storage links, or client portals.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are defined in the project plan or statement of work. We keep clients informed about milestones and any changes in schedule.
3. Physical Shipments
If any physical items are required (e.g., documentation or hardware), shipping terms, carriers, and timelines will be specified separately in the engagement agreement.
4. Delivery Confirmation
We consider delivery complete once digital access is provided or the shipment tracking confirms delivery. Please report any issues within 7 days.
