By accessing this website or engaging Triostack services, you accept these terms and agree to be bound by applicable laws and regulations.

We provide software development, consulting, and related services as described in proposals or statements of work. Service scope may evolve by mutual agreement.

5. Privacy & Data Protection
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Client and user data will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws and regulations.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential and proprietary information secure and to use it only for purposes of the engagement. Disclosure is permitted only with prior written consent or when legally required.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, Triostack retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and reusable components, and may reuse general knowledge and non-client-specific components developed during engagements. Client ownership applies only to explicitly agreed deliverables and is governed by the terms in the relevant agreement.
8. Payments
Invoices are due as specified in your agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension until all dues are cleared.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Triostack disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Triostack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
11. Force Majeure
Triostack is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet or utility outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the signed agreement. Upon termination, outstanding balances remain payable.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh.
